In order to mail invitations on time, the Avalanche must receive guest list and mailing information no later than two weeks before the event.
Food and cake will be delivered to “Birthday Zone” at the beginning of the reserved time for party
Time slots for the “Birthday Zone” are in 30 minute intervals and are on a first come-first serve basis
