 * All picnics require a final headcount two weeks before the scheduled event. Additions to the headcount can be made after that point, but only with approval from your Avalanche representative; no subtractions will be made after the two week mark has passed.
** Any group smaller than 175 could be subject to double booking. Picnic areas hold 250; we reserve the right to book more than one group to fill capacity.
